We are looking for a competent and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities of the company. This person will play a key role in optimizing processes and improving overall company efficiency.
Responsibilities:
-Be the focal point for field staff regarding service performance
- Ensure that customer requirements and applicable documentation are distributed to field personnel.
- Ensure that customer requirements are understood and applied by field staff
- In close cooperation with field personnel, support the organization and execution of precise field services in workshops, warehouses and other locations.
- Update internal management software with status of requests, missions and financial agreements
- Where appropriate, participate in the investigation of customer complaints or resource issues
- Negotiate rates with service providers
- Prepare technical and sales proposals for customers
- Participate in the development of the partner network to cover the customer's needs
- Ensure that submitted staff profiles are updated on internal management software
- Ensure that the staff on offer meet customer expectations and are capable of providing the service required.
- Ensure the preparation necessary for the correct invoicing of the service
- Verify activity reports produced by field resources
- Participate in customer meetings if requested by management
- Participate in the tendering process if requested by management
