Main Types of Vendor Inspection Services

Full Coverage Inspection

Through the course of manufacturing INTERSICA’ (formerly Socotec Oil&Gas) inspectors will be present from start to finish. From attending the pre-production meetings, verifying conformity during witness and hold-points, to final inspection, You will have the peace of mind knowing that your equipment and parts meet all of your required quality standards prior to shipment.

Spot Witness Inspection

Inspectors will be present on either periodic visits or during critical hold-points during manufacturing based on your requirements.

Final Inspection

After completion of the final manufacturing process inspectors will witness the final verification of critical dimensions and functionality. Final documentation reviews of material reports and test reports will be reviewed for accuracy.

During the INTERSICA (formerly Socotec Oil&Gas) employment process, all INTERSICA’ inspectors are vetted verifying competencies and qualifications as well as implementation of any additional training needed for continual improvement. Inspectors are held to INTERSICA’ highest standards while conducting your business, including reporting and HSE guidelines. During employment all inspectors undergo regular on-site evaluations and mandatory training.
